OEELite is Here!!

There is now a new software package for those customers who do not need any of the additional features that enrich the OEE Manager package. OEELite provides full OEE management functionality but with a simpler screen layout. It reports OEE and its components on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, with all of the OEE reports and graphs that are available in OEE Manager.

For some customers OEELite will provide all the features that they will ever need. For others it will be the best option for running a pilot because of its simplicity, after which it can be upgraded to the full OEE Manager functionality.

The software is designed for use in manufacturing companies to improve the effective performance of critical equipment. It is designed to collect data on the principal areas of loss involved in production operations, either directly entered at the workplace or collected and entered at a central location. The data is used to present information at all levels, from strategic reporting for senior management down to the very detailed information needed to support good day-to-day manufacturing control.  

The core performance measurement system is based on the concept of Overall Equipment Effectiveness, and can be applied to virtually all types of manufacturing processes :

·          Discrete (one-off) manufacturing based on cycled production (eg press operations, injection moulding etc)

·          Flowline processing (eg continuous chemicals manufacture, soft drinks, bottling, extrusion processes etc)

·          Long cycle time batch production (eg batch chemicals production)
