For users of the full OEE Manager package, Release Version 10 of "OEE Manager" is now available to both new clients and to existing users. The set of upgrades in Version 9 have been requested by existing users and met the standard design criteria for changes to "OEE Manager" in that they add valuable functionality without prejudicing the software's basic simplicity of use. The latest upgrade incorporates a number of significant additions: 1. Users can now attach documents to the equipment master file, and can include Instruction Lists, SOPs or drawings. They can be accessed from any user menu that has an option to view equipment details. 2. The equipment hierarchy has been extended to cover sub-assemblies. Work orders can be addressed to the equipment, but optionally carry an additional link to the sub-assembly. Certain reports can be accessed at the sub-assembly level. 3. The PPM system has been upgraded to allow up to 18 lines in the PPM task list. Alternatively, an external instruction sheet can be used instead of the standard PPM task listing. 4. A tracking feature has been added to the work order system to provide a cross-reference to the requisition number used in paper-based work request systems. 5. A feature has been added to the work order system to automatically trigger a supervisor signoff request for certain types of work orders. 6. Separate, directly-accessed menus added for Planners, Storemen and Toolmakers. 7. A listing of existing open work requests is displayed when raising a new work request, to prevent double entries. 8. All menus upgraded to a simpler, cleaner format. 9. All dialog boxes upgraded with a "predictive" feature to minimise keying. 10. Many improvements made to forms and reports.
